Brian has proven his ability to lead and grow a thriving company as evident with the outstanding success in building Brian Schweiker & Associates. Looking back at Brian's earlier real estate years you will see the valuable stepping stones he has taken along the way, all of which laid the foundation for the outstanding Realtor, and business man he is today. For many years, Brian led a local homebuilding company as their Division President, acquiring a wealth of knowledge with regard to developing, planning, construction, production, marketing, pricing, and selling homes. In addition to that invaluable experience, Brian also spent several years selling custom homes for The Woodlands Development Company, as their Top Producer. Eventually, Brian found himself at a crossroads, being tied down from exuding his own ideas, service beliefs, and enthusiasm.
